On the day of your arrival, please report to the reception at the Prusík Spa Hotel, Lázeňská 1 (for guests staying at the Mánes, Marie and Löwenstein guesthouses) or to the reception at the Jirásek Hotel, Plzeňská 79 (for guests staying at the Jirásek Hotel, the Palacký guesthouse and the Purkyně guesthouse)
Most stays must be paid for before arrival. An exception may be made for last-minute bookings, which can be paid for on arrival. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
Yes, lunches can, of course, be purchased at all our hotels. You can find the current list of surcharges for half-board and full-board in the price list.
Yes, the accommodation charge (formerly the spa charge) applies to both guests and patients at the KLP, as well as their accompanying persons. The accommodation charge is payable to the local authority. The amount is set out in the Generally Binding Decree of the Municipality of Konstantinovy Lázně on the local accommodation charge.
The following are exempt from the accommodation charge:
- a blind person who is considered to be dependent on the assistance of another individual under the Act governing social services
- a person holding a ZTP/P card and their accompanying person
- a person under the age of 18
