Your room will be ready from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10.00 am. We’ll be happy to store your luggage for you at reception.
Yes, subject to prior arrangement at the time of booking. Small dogs weighing up to 10 kg are welcome at the Marie Spa and at the Löwenstein Hotel; a charge applies.
Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge without meals. Children aged 3 to 10 receive a discount on the accommodation price and a child’s portion. We can provide a cot or high chair free of charge on request. We do not offer treatments for children.
Parking varies depending on the hotel or spa you choose. We also offer a paid, pre-booked luggage transfer service from the local railway station or coach station.
Yes, we can usually have your laundry washed and ironed within 48 hours. There is a charge for this service.

Meals begin with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. For half-board stays, lunches can be paid for on site. The menu is usually chosen the day before; for the first day, the choice must be made no later than 3 days before arrival.
Yes. Please specify any gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, vegetarian or other dietary requirements when making your booking, or at the latest one day before arrival. The surcharge is listed in the price list.
