• When purchasing a voucher, the donor chooses the number of persons, spa hotel / house, room type and season, etc.
• Specific date of stay will be chosen by the recipient when booking the stay.

• The minimum voucher value is 500CZK.
• The voucher can be used to pay for your stay as well as for all catering, accommodation, medical and wellness services including wellness center, café and restaurant services.
• The voucher can only be redeemed within a single stay and cannot be redeemed in parts.
• Within one stay you can use multiple value vouchers and their value is added together.
• If the price of the service is higher than the amount indicated on the value voucher, the difference in price can be paid.

• The voucher can be paid by credit card on-line or by bank transfer.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used during the period of validity indicated on the front of the voucher. After that date, the voucher is forfeited, without any refund or replacement for another voucher.
